Reincubate's DeviceIdentifier API provides functionality to manipulate and enrich assorted device identifier formats, with a particular focus on mobile, Apple and iOS identifiers.
Open Source Python and C# / .NET libraries are provided for accessing the API.

Standards used throughout the API
Authentication tokens are used to enable access to the API without rate-limits or data limits. This takes a format like ubxbhwera9xkmx4yoej6yt5tslvpjcdj. Each client uses one or more tokens to connect to the APIs, as each is associated with a set of permissions.
Enrichment
The DeviceIdentifier API includes functionality for device fraud detection, auto-completion, firmware analysis, and Apple GSX API integration.
DeviceIdentifier API provides feeds of Apple firmware data, and has no dependency on any upstream non-Apple API or tools. As such, it works and receives updates in the event of outage from other tools.
Support for Apple identifiers including model names (MPNs), family numbers, internal names (board IDs), model identifiers, serial numbers, MLB serial numbers, UDIDs, and GSX API data.
Working with GSMA identifiers, such as the IMEI, TAC and ICCID.
The CDMA's mobile equipment identifiers (MEIDs) replace the TIA's electronic serial numbers (ESNs), which filled up in 2006.
