Vue d'ensemble

Le service icloud de l'API ricloud permet aux clients d'accéder aux données en temps réel, quasi temps et par lots stockées sur iCloud d'Apple dans un format de flux facilement consommable.

Les données de lot proviennent de sauvegardes iCloud de périphériques iOS, avec des données en temps réel provenant de diverses sources. Dans certains cas, des données du même type sont disponibles auprès de plusieurs sources.

L'API fournit des données JSON spécialisées. Dans de nombreux cas, les données sont stockées dans des formats hautement propriétaires, sujettes à des modifications régulières et souvent cryptées. Ricloud gère automatiquement le déchiffrement et l'analyse de ces données, de sorte qu'aucune connaissance spécifique à l'application ou à iCloud n'est nécessaire pour utiliser les données.

Tous les résultats de ces actions de service sont générés au format JSON et des formats cohérents sont utilisés pour des types de données similaires. Par exemple, les données des applications de messagerie sont toujours structurées de la même manière.

Données iOS / iCloud en temps quasi réel

Le service temps réel Apple iCloud permet aux utilisateurs d'accéder au contenu de leurs comptes iCloud. De nombreuses applications Apple et tierces pour les appareils iOS et macOS synchronisent périodiquement les données et les fichiers avec iCloud en temps réel ou proche.

Lot de données de sauvegardes de périphériques iOS

La plupart des données non en temps réel du service icloud sont obtenues à partir de sauvegardes iCloud de périphériques iOS. Les iPhones et autres appareils iOS associés à iCloud envoient périodiquement des sauvegardes incrémentielles ou complètes de l'appareil lorsqu'ils sont connectés à un réseau Wi-Fi et en charge. L'API ricloud permet à un utilisateur authentifié de télécharger tout ou partie d'une sauvegarde iCloud et d'en extraire des fichiers et des métadonnées. Les modules de flux de données par lots comprennent:

Module d'évaluation pour utilisateur final

Un module d'évaluation pour l'utilisateur final est disponible pour une utilisation par le client. Ceci peut être utilisé pour renvoyer un "teaser" de données aux utilisateurs finaux potentiels. Le module fournit un flux des cinq derniers messages avec un dernier emplacement et un récapitulatif des autres messages disponibles. L'utilisation de ce mécanisme peut être plus rentable que l'utilisation d'une clé complète pour les essais de l'utilisateur final.

Analyse et reporting

Le service iCloud de ricloud fournit un certain nombre de fonctionnalités supplémentaires en matière d'analyse et de création de rapports.

Deux modules sont disponibles pour les entreprises: l'utilisation de base des applications, qui indique les applications utilisées sur un appareil iOS au cours d'une journée donnée et l'utilisation avancée des applications, qui fournit des informations supplémentaires telles que le nombre de sessions, la durée des sessions, etc. Plus d'informations sur ces modules sont disponibles sur demande.

Forensics et récupération

Les fonctionnalités d'annulation et de récupération médico-légales sont disponibles pour un certain nombre de modules, comme indiqué ci-dessous, y compris les modules Messages (SMS, MMS et iMessage) et iCloud Photo Library .

Reincubate propose un certain nombre d’outils d’investigation personnalisés pouvant être appliqués à la demande à d’autres modules, notamment WhatsApp et WeChat.

Si les données de localisation sont temporairement indisponibles pour un périphérique, la clé de location contiendra une valeur null . Cela indique qu'Apple ne dispose d'aucune information sur l'emplacement actuel, mais le champ sera rempli de données dès que le périphérique recommencera à générer des rapports.

Messages (et applications de messagerie tierces)

L'API utilise un format cohérent pour les données de message de l'application Messages d'Apple et d'autres applications de messagerie tierces.

Les applications de messagerie renverront les données sous la forme d'un tableau d'objets de messagerie contenant chacun les clés suivantes:

  • id L'identifiant du message. Ce champ est interne à l'application de messagerie, unique dans le contexte de cette application et peut ne pas être un entier. Les messages supprimés n'ont pas d'identifiant unique, car le champ est défini sur -1 pour ces enregistrements.
  • conversation_id L'ID du fil de messagerie. Comme id ceci est interne et peut ne pas être un entier. Pour la messagerie iOS, cela peut être défini par l'expéditeur (par exemple, vodafone , ou arbitraire, comme chat1122932342342 .
  • date Date à laquelle le message a été envoyé ou reçu. Par exemple, 2015-10-28 09:18:17.000000 .
  • text Le corps du message. Cela peut être une chaîne ou null .
  • from_me Valeur booléenne indiquant si le message a été envoyé ou reçu.
  • user (facultatif). Utilisateur de l'application de messagerie dans le cas où plusieurs utilisateurs / comptes pourraient utiliser une application de messagerie à partir du périphérique.
