iPhone Backup Extractor supports Safari data access for consumers.

Safari data access is available for developers via ricloud API.

The Safari browser is a WebKit based browser released in 2003 by Apple, and is preinstalled on all iOS and macOS devices.

iPhone Backup Extractor provides ready access to Safari browser history data for consumers, and the Reincubate Cloud Data API provides programmatic access to this data. This data is available for both iOS and macOS systems, from real-time CloudKit data as well as from iOS and iCloud backups.
